The Company started as a joint venture with Gulf Offshore Marine Pte Ltd (then called Offshore Logistics Ltd) (“GOM”), a United States OSV Company. By 1985, management and shareholders of Company had bought over 100% of PT Baruna Raya Logistics and become 100% Indonesia Owned Company. PT Baruna Raya Logistics (Company) operates a diversified fleet of marine vessels such as crew boats, anchor handling towing supply (“AHTS”) vessels and utility boats. It provides these vessels for charter by oilfield operators across Indonesia.
